About
La Maison Benoit is our family’s modern Scandinavian-style lake house—a peaceful retreat we cherish but can’t always enjoy ourselves. We’re happy to share it with guests looking to relax and explore outdoors. Set on 300’ of private sandy shoreline of crystal-clear Lake Benoit, this 2024-built home sleeps 8 and offers panoramic views, luxury comforts, and year-round adventure. Swim, fish, or paddle. Explore 300 miles of groomed snowmobile trails from the door and unwind in the wood-burning sauna.
Good to know
There’s plenty to enjoy in every season—for kids from 1 to 100. In summer, guests can use our paddleboards, vintage pedal boat, canoe, pool noodles, floaties, and lawn games, including giant Jenga and cornhole. Life jackets are provided for lake activities. In winter, enjoy sleds, snowshoes, and a vintage Norwegian kicksled. Indoors, you’ll find a large collection of board games with something for the whole family. Please use all recreational equipment responsibly.

La Maison Benoit feels secluded and private, yet it’s only about two hours from the Twin Cities. Tucked away on a peaceful lake, it offers space to slow down without feeling far from everything. Spooner, Webster, and Siren are all nearby, with plenty to explore—from local dining and shopping to year-round outdoor adventures. Stay tucked in or head out for the day—the best of northwest Wisconsin is within easy reach.
